“Amazing Grace, how sweet the sound, that saved a wretch like me. I was once lost but now am found. Was blind, but now I see.

“T’was Grace that taught my heart to fear.  And Grace, my fears relieved. How precious did that Grace appear;  the hour I first believed”

Even Santa Claus found time to visit the children of Ulingan.

“Through many dangers, toils and snares, I have already come;  ‘Tis Grace that brought me safe thus far and Grace will lead me home.”

“The Lord has promised good to me. His word my hope secures. He will my shield and portion be, as long as life endures.”

Thank you generous donors, co-volunteers and supporters of Project Pearls!

“Yeah, when this flesh and heart shall fail,  And mortal life shall cease, I shall possess within the veil,  A life of joy and peace.”

“When we’ve been here ten thousand years. Bright shining as the sun. We’ve no less days to sing God’s praise. Than when we’ve first begun.”

“Amazing Grace, how sweet the sound,  That saved a wretch like me.   I once was lost but now am found,   Was blind, but now I see.”

Hello Doc. I love your shots. Far better than the “Propped up” ones that flood Facebook by some so-called Photo Enthusiasts. So authentic are they that I can see the happiness in the children’s eyes :) Merry Xmas. Ms. P.

Doc merry christmas! tagala na din ako di nakablog hop kasi busy at tinamad na din nung dumating yung bakasyon. pero ikaw itong galing pa ng ibang bansa at nakapag outreach kaagad. napahiya ako dito.

congratulations! i first saw this on Sidney’s blog and post in facebook and saw you there serving. astig!

    • December 29, 2011 at 7:07 pm

pareho lang tayo, dom. di pa din ako nakapag blog hop. i’ve been trying to juggle things in between. sana makapag post ulit soon at makapasyal sa mga blogs nyo.

      happy new year, engineer! :)

  15. December 29, 2011 at 11:33 am

Doc, happy holidays!! Awesome shots and I’m really proud of you for helping those people who are in need. I wish I can do that too ;-)

  16. December 29, 2011 at 1:42 pm

I do charitable works on an individual basis, but your blog made me believe that Project Pearl is not one of those charitable organizations that funnel less than 20 cents for every dollar they received for their “projects.”
I’m sending them a check (not a huge one, hardly worth the paper the amount is written on) to make me feel good. You sure know how to make people who are lesser deprived feel miserable. May we have more of your kind.
