Apparently, being abroad and away from your love ones isn’t easy. You should be creative in killing time. You got to be tougher in battling with solitude. Otherwise, you’ll be in the losing end.
In my 4 months of working in Penang, it has always been an effort not to be lonely. Other than going to the malls during weekends, mostly not to shop but just stroll and pig-out, or more often than not, spend time in coffee shops, surfing the net for cheap airfares and whatnot, I also download CD-albums, movies and TV series.
When I was in Pinas, my wife and I enjoyed watching the following series…

And never did I imagine I’d be glued on GLEE!
It started with downloading weekly epsiodes from season 2 few weeks ago, then it became a hard habit to break.
I found myself singing, snapping fingers and stomping my feet while watching this fantastic scene in my room; see for yourself…
Reminds me so much of my High School days.

i did not watch glee during its 1st season. pero ng si charise nasa season 2, bumili ako ng season 1. i’m not sure if i can call myself as a gleek though i just like to hear their own rendition of the songs that they will sing. good thing that there is this site where i can download in advance the songs for the coming episode hehehe.

i was a gleek too especially during the first season. but for one reason or another, i’ve been missing the episodes this season. i love this sectional performance! i enjoyed it a lot. super kilig sa time of my life and santana, mike and brittany were great in valerie. unfortunately, yan palang napapanuod ko sa episode na to. hehe.
oh wow. i remembered watching the series along with the travel blogger friends. i end up watching the just the first part and the last part. not that it’s boring, i think i was just tired. lol. i like the songs.

hay tama ka dyan doc gelo-kaya ako i ended up blogging to kill boredom in Singapore. there’s nothing to do here after work. nasuyod ko na nga lahat ng cheap fares. everyday alam ko murang pamasahe lol.

reason why? there is another show that airs on the other channel at the same time that glee airs. i don’t know if you heard of it. NO ORDINARY FAMILY is about a family that went on a vacation, survived a plane crash, ended up in a river only to find out upon their return to the states that they (a family of four) acquired superhuman powers. O di ba mas interesting? At least to me

I have been a gleek since the pilot episode. I was telling John he should watch kasi he’s into music then he said “ayaw mukhang baduy” tapos he saw me waking at 2am to watch and laughing my heart out. Ayun after having a weekend marathon ng season one, sya na yung nag DL ng new episodes.
I watch House MD, Flipping Out, Hung, Project Runway at Lie To Me religiously.
If you are into zombies try mo Walking Dead, scares the living daylights out of me.
