Just one question: do they use lots of MSG and salt? I love oriental dishes, but my number one enemy is MSG, then salt comes next. If I want to enjoy Chinese food, I have to rely on my friend caterer who knows how to make great dishes without using salt and MSG.

However, hot oriental meals are a different winner, I agree.
